PCM – Pleiger Control Modules
Interface Series for Coupling Sensors and Actuators
The PCM series is a modular product family for coupling sensors and actuators to bus systems. The modules are integrated in compact DIN rail housings and are connected via a system of connectors.
The CM4 and CM4-D control modules are used to control and monitor electrical actuators. The parametrozation of the CM4-D is carried out by DIP-switches. The CM4 module is functionally expandable and can also be configured using the PST manual parameterization device.
The CCM module is intended for the control of continuously acting hydraulic drives.
The RK 16/8 module has sixteen electrically isolated digital inputs and eight relay outputs (normally open).
The I/O 8/8/4 input/output module provides eight analog and digital inputs and four digital outputs each. It is used for process data acquisition and for the output of control signals.
The TII module provides six inputs for PT-100 sensors and two analog inputs and outputs each. It is intended for process data acquisition.
The BI fieldbus coupler forms the interface between the internal system bus and the external fieldbus (Modbus-RTU). It also monitors the locally connected modules and saves their parameter settings.
The PST programming device enables parameterisation of the connected devices via the system bus.
The system can be configured completely redundant.
