Liability for contents

The contents of our pages were compiled with great care. We cannot, however, take on any guarantee for their correctness, completeness and up-to-dateness. As a service provider, we are responsible according to § 7 paragraph 1 of the German Teleservices Act (TMG) for our own contents on these pages under the general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG we are, however, not obliged as a service provider to monitor third-party information which is transmitted or stored or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. However, in this regard, liability is only possible from the date on which a specific violation becomes known. As soon as we become aware of such violations, we will remove this content immediately.

Liability for links

Our site contains links to external websites where we have no influence on the content. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the sites is always responsible for the contents of the linked pages. The linked sites were checked for possible statutory violations at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not discernable at the time of linking. Permanent control of the content of the linked pages is unreasonable without concrete evidence of a violation. As soon as we become aware of such violations, we will remove such links immediately.

The contents and works on these sites prepared by the site operators are subject to German copyright. Duplication, processing, distribution and any kind of exploitation outside the limits of the copyright require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of these sites are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. Insofar as the contents were not compiled by the website operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular third-party contents are labelled as such. If you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, we request notification. Upon notification of violations, we will remove such content immediately.

Data protection

As a rule, it is possible to use our website without providing personal data. In as far as personal data (such as name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our sites, wherever possible this is on a voluntary basis. This data is not disclosed to third parties without your express consent.

We point out that data transmission via the internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

The use of contact data published in the context of the duty to provide legal information by third parties for the transmission of unsolicited advertising and information material is hereby expressly excluded. The operators of the sites expressly reserve the right to take legal steps in case of unsolicited promotional information, such as spam e-mails.

Data protection note for Google Analytics according to § 1.1 Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG)

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a server of Google in the USA and stored there. In case of activation of lP-anonymisation on this website, your lP address is, however, first shortened by Google within Member states of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full lP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. By order of the operator of this website, Google is to use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide other services for the website operator related to the use of the website and the lnternet. The lP address transmitted by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics is not combined with other data held by Google. You can prevent the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate setting of your browser software; however, we point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the features of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent the transmission of data generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your lP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. In view of the debate about the use of analysis tools with complete lP addresses, we would like to point out that this website uses Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizelp()” (activation of the lP-anonymisation) and lP addresses are therefore only processed in their shortened form so as to exclude direct reference to individual people.

We welcome any questions and concerns you may have about privacy and take them seriously. According to § 34 BDSG, you have a right to information about the data stored by us. Please do not hesitate to contact our data protection officer:
