Telecontrol techniques

For decades realisation of customised or specific application functions in telecontrol techniques was also always a question of the development of specific software functions. Pleiger already left this path with the TP 26-KM telecontrol system. Instead the equipment is supplied with identical programmes for many applications that are then configured or parameterised respectively using appropriate parameters.

This path, with which the software, in time, will constantly become more robust and fault-free, is also kept to on the PMC 2000 telecontrol and automation system.

Today Pleiger’s telecontrol techniques enables many applications on the same hardware basis and very frequently also on the same software basis. A few applications are listed below as examples:

  • Sub-stations for connection to existing supervisory techniques via IEC 870-5-101 or TP20/TP26 protocol, for party line (unbalanced) or point to point (balanced) operation;
  • Central stations for the connection of sub-stations via IEC 870-5-101 or TP20/TP26 protocol, for party line (unbalanced) or point to point (balanced) operation; with control panel input/output or staggered as external sub-system;
  • Head stations for the connection of sub-stations via IEC 870-5-101 protocol, for party line (unbalanced) or point to point (balanced) operation; with concentrator function as telecontrol head for connection to existing supervisory techniques.

The modularity of the hardware in connection with the flexible possibility of configuring and parameterising the software functions is a distinguishing feature of Pleiger’s telecontrol techniques applications.
As result we offer price-optimised solutions not only for smaller but also for larger amounts of information together with the free of charge option of subsequent expansion.
We of course also offer the most varied solutions in the area of data transmission and supervisory techniques for your applications. You will be given your tailor-made solution by one company due to the close co-operation of competent specialists.

Do you have a control station that does not, however, understand an IEC 870-5-101 or TP20/TP26 protocol? This should not prevent you from also using reasonably priced, marketable solutions.

Have a word with us; we also have solution possibilities for outside protocols.
